At Wise Health System, we strive every day to improve the way we care for patients and their families.
Measuring Our Performance
At Wise Health System, ensuring patients receive safe, effective care is an ever-evolving process. Consistently monitoring our performance allows us to see the areas where we excel, and what areas we can improve upon. This data helps us make informed, timely decisions to provide higher levels of quality and patient safety.
Our staff of quality improvement experts continually monitor the performance of our health care system. We partner with National Research Corporation to survey patients at all levels to provide in-depth reports and analysis. We also rely on reporting from national agencies such as the The Joint Commission to monitor our performance.
Performance reports and scores are circulated to leadership, physicians, nurses, administrators, and other key staff members so they can monitor progress and make informed decisions on where and how improvements should be made. This data also drives the evolution of system-wide policies and day-to-day operations related to patient care and safety.
Patient Safety
Patient safety is a top priority at Wise Health System. Having effective safety protocols and policies in place helps up deliver consistently safe and high quality patient care throughout our healthcare system.
