The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality reflecting a health care organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.
Wise Health Surgical Hospital located at I-35 and North Tarrant Parkway underwent a rigorous onsite review during which The Joint Commission evaluated compliance with national disease-specific care standards, quality measures, consistency, safety and patient care. This certification is awarded for a two-year period.

At registration, patients receive the “Patient Pathway to Spine Center of Excellence” booklet and a link to a short informational video.
