Wise Health System’s Customer and Patient Relations team serves as a resource for critical initiatives across the entire health system.
Our team of professionals strives to provide patient advocacy, concierge services, conflict resolution, resources and data analytics; to identify, support and communicate sustainable best practices; and collaborate with department leaders to ensure the consistent delivery of patient-centered care.
We strive to enhance our patient’s healthcare experience by increasing the comfort and satisfaction. We offer complimentary services for all patients and guests including: hospital maps/assistance navigating the facility, general errands, phone chargers, overnight toiletry bags for guests, copies/faxes, notary services, coloring/activity books, games, puzzles, gaming system checkout, community resources and stamps. If you don’t see a service you need, please ask. Additional services available upon request.
