During the Pathways Intensive Outpatient Program, part of Wise Health System Behavioral Health Services, we provide services that emphasize the importance of mental health and general medical care as the key to overall wellness in life.
About the Program
Our philosophy of care is to preserve the dignity and integrity of each patient throughout their recovery process. We focus on the individual strengths and abilities of our patients and their continued contribution to their families, homes and community.
Throughout the program, patients are taught skills to promote positive thinking, self-empowerment and assertiveness, dealing with family problems and communication skills.

Admissions Process
Referrals for admission to the Pathways Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults can be made by the potential patient, care givers, families, primary care physicians or any concerned individual in the community.
Our admission process begins with a confidential evaluation by trained clinical staff. Upon approval, a physician evaluation is conducted to determine the patient’s need for outpatient services and the appropriate level of care. Medicare and most private insurance plans are accepted.
Treatment Times
Pathways Intensive Outpatient Program provides treatment Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
