From Employee Assistance Program services to Intensive Workshops (and many areas in between,) we want to make the pursuit of counseling convenient and comfortable.
Check out some of our unique services below:
Individual and Group Counseling
We offer highly confidential and individualized one-on-one counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to EMDR Trauma Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and others; we are able to accept cash pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and a large number of insurances. We also offer support groups and group therapy for a variety of specific topics or areas where the collaborative approach of group therapy might be meaningful for you in your journey.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is considered a best practice in overcoming a variety of conditions including PTSD, Post-Traumatic Stress, Panic Attacks, Disturbing Memories, Addiction, Eating Disorders, and many more. Francine Shapiro, Ph.D. developed this approach to trauma recovery and our EMDR therapist has been Shapiro trained and is ready to guide you on the path to healing.
Your therapist will work with you utilizing eye movements or other sensory mechanisms to impact the way that your brain processes information regarding your specific problem.
Today’s culture creates a level of noise, intensity, distraction and demanding schedules that so often take our focus away from our inner selves.
If you are struggling with being present, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, seeking to enhance your moment to moment awareness or simply want to create space for a mindfulness practice in your life, we can help.
The Daring Way™and Rising Strong™ Groups
