Enjoy the ease of home delivery for all of your prescription needs.

In addition to our curbside delivery service, the Wise Health System Community Care Pharmacy is now offering prescription home delivery to our community. If you live within a 20 mile radius from the pharmacy, our technician will deliver prescriptions directly to your home.

• Deliveries typically leave late afternoon, so same day requests are possible if made in the morning
• Prescriptions can be refills or new (If called in, faxed or e-scribed to pharmacy by doctor’s office).
• An adult must be present to sign for and accept the medication(s)
• Payments can be made in advance using a credit card by calling the pharmacy, or the technician can accept payments with a mobile device at delivery
• A courtesy call will be made when the technician is on the way
